What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept money orders or checks via mail as well.

I already placed my order, what is the status?
Once your order has been shipped you will be notified via email with complete tracking number and time of arrival.

We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept money orders, cashier checks, Wire Transfer and Western Union. Business and personal checks are also accepted, but it takes a little bit more time to deliver the products since we will only ship your item after your checks are cleared.

What kind of warranty do you offer?
All of our items are protected by a 30 Day limited parts Warranty. If your item arrives defective please contact one of friendly Customer Service Representatives immediately in order to obtain further instructions. Please visit our policy page for further instructions.

How do I check my order status?
After placing your order successfully, you will receive an email confirmation. This email will contain instructions on how to check your order status. You may also contact us directly with any questions.

How is my order shipped?
Smaller items up to 70 lbs. will ship via "UPS" Ground Service. For rush orders, additional shipping charges will apply. Please contact our shipping department for detail shipping cost. Items over 150 lbs will ship via DHL Ground shipping or "Freight Truck". When ˇ°Freight Truckˇ± is selected we will arrange delivery with one of several freight companies that we deal with on a daily basis and have the best rates!
